Weingreen Museum of Biblical Antiquities (متحف واين غرين لآثار الكتاب المقدس)

The Weingreen Museum of Biblical Antiquities houses around 2000 objects from the Ancient Near East, mostly coming from archaeological excavations in Jericho and Jerusalem, as well as donations of artifacts from Egypt. Relevant to Jordan are the finds from Crystal Bennett's excavations at Buseirah, which entered the collection in 1977. A digitisation project was due to be completed in 2012 (https://www.tcd.ie/mnes/weingreen.php), although no online catalogue was found to this date. The collection remains accessible via appointment.
